SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. CONTEST BEGINS 12:00:01 AM ET, JULY 1, 2008 AND EXPIRES ON 11:59:59 PM ET, AUGUST 31, 2008 (PROMOTION PERIOD)

1. Who may Enter: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the continental United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older, except for legal residents CA, UT, and TN who are ineligible. The following are NOT eligible to participate: Employees and agents of Foster’s Wine Estates Americas Company, the United States Tennis Association Incorporated (“USTA”), US Open Series LLC (“USOS”), Sports Media Advisors, LLC dba SFX Media & Events (“SFX Media”), Anschutz Entertainment (“AEG”), L.A. Women’s Tennis, LLC (“LAWT”), Tennis Cincinnati, Inc. (“TCI”), Tennis for Charity, Inc. (“TFC”), Connecticut Professional Tennis LLC (“CPT”), employees and licensed alcohol beverage wholesalers, retailers, and distributors, as well as the respective subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies, sales representatives, agents and immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of any of the above. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. How to Enter: Complete and submit an entry form at the website www.tennis.com/wolfblass during the Promotion period. Entry must be filled out completely and accurately with name, age, and e-mail address. Online entries must include a valid e-mail address as winners will be notified by e-mail. Online entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on August 31, 2008. Limit of one entry per person per e-mail address or mail-in entry. Mechanically reproduced or facsimile entries are not permitted. Any form of entry other than described herein is void. Foster’s Wine Estates Americas Company ("Sponsor") is not responsible for any computer or e-mail failures that may result in lost or garbled entries or which affect the administration of the Sweepstakes. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes. Online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. The “Authorized Account Holder” is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (such as a business or educational institution) that is responsible for assigning the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. In the event of a dispute over the ownership of an e-mail address, the Authorized Account Holder of the designated e-mail address will be considered the potential winner of any prize. By submitting your completed online entry form as directed, you will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. All information submitted by entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy accessible at www.tennis.com/wolfblass. Entrants must complete all non-optional data requested on the online entry form. Incomplete entries are void.

3. Prize/Prize Values: One (1) Winner will receive the Wolf Blass Golden Serve tennis vacation which includes: Two (2) tickets to each of the Singles Semi-finals and Singles Finals sessions of one (1) of the following four (4) 2009 US Open Series tournaments: Legg Mason Tennis Classic in Washington D.C.; East West Bank Classic in Carson, CA; Western & Southern Financial Group Masters in Cincinnati, OH; or Pilot Pen Tennis in New Haven, CT. The Winner shall select one (1) of these four (4) tournaments no later than November 30, 2008. Prize consists of round-trip coach air transportation for Winner and one (1) Travel Companion 21 years of age or older, from the gateway city nearest the Winner’s home and accommodations for three (3) nights for Winner that correspond with the selected tournament’s Semi-Finals and Finals (double occupancy; hotel and flight to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). In addition, Sponsor will provide $1,000 for Winner for meals, ground transportation and miscellaneous expenses. Estimated retail value is approximately $3,500. Travel subject to space and departure availability, and trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor corresponding with selected tournament’s Semi-Finals and Finals, or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Certain dates may be unavailable for travel. All taxes and any expenses not expressly mentioned above as being paid by the Sponsor are the sole responsibility of the winners. No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of prizes permitted. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

4. Drawings & Verification of Potential Winners: Winner will be selected by an independent judging agency ("Administrator") by September 10, 2008. Judges decisions are final and binding. The Winner will be notified by email within (30) days of the drawing. Except where prohibited by law, the potential prize Winner must sign and return to Sponsor or Administrator, within fourteen (14) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity release in order to claim his/her prize. The Travel Companion must sign a Liability/Publicity Release prior to travel. If a potential prize Winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days, or fails to sign and return the affidavit and release or the requested information for themselves within the required time period, he/she forfeits the prize and no other substitution of the prize or remuneration will be granted. In the event that a potential Winner forfeits the prize or is disqualified for any other reason, Sponsor may award the prize to an alternate potential Winner. If the prize notification is returned undeliverable, prize will be awarded to an alternative potential Winner.

5. General Conditions: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable Federal, State and Local laws. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, then Sponsor will randomly draw from those entries received up to the cancellation/suspension date. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. By entering the sweepstakes, all participants consent to the commercial use of their names, photos, videos, descriptions and likenesses without further compensation. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsors, USTA, USOS, SFX Media, AEG, LAWT, TCI, TFC, CPT, the respective charity organizations who retain the licenses to promote the Tournaments, all Tournament sponsors, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents, and the Administrator from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this contest or of any prize won. Sponsor is not responsible if US Open Series Tournament is rained out or postponed, or cancelled after ticketing of prize for any reason, in whole or in part. In that event, winner will receive remainder of the prize. No compensation will be paid in lieu of US Open Tournament ticket portion of prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable.

6. Disputes: This Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of California, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. By entering, participating or accepting any prize in this Sweepstakes, you agree that California courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes and that venue shall be only in Napa, CA. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstance will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.

7. Winner’s List: For the names of the Sweepstakes Winners, send a hand-printed, self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Fosters Wine Estates Americas, Attention: Wolf Blass Marketing, 600 Aipark Road, Napa, CA 94558. Requests must be received by December 31, 2008.
